Two in a row for Gruelling

Gruelling kicked the new year off right, winning on New Year’s Day at Murray Bridge and also making it two wins in a row after winning at Bordertown on the 14th of December!
He won easily at Bordertown, aided by a beautiful ride from Teagan who didn’t panic when he was stuck three wide with no cover, which probably suited him in the end. Being a big moving horse he wasn’t stuck amongst the field and was able to have room to run and kick away when he needed to, just showing he was too good for them!
He drew a wide barrier at Murray Bridge once again but this time we weren’t worried if he had to sit wide. This wasn’t the case though. Teagan had him in a cushy position midfield with cover, and with the long straight at Murray Bridge he was able to get into the clear and grind away to run down his opponents!
This big bloke by All Too Hard has always had the ability there but has just taken time to mature and work out his craft!
